Our traditions at your service
We want to be a point of reference for those looking for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and for those who want to discover the most hidden sides of the island, visiting the most pristine beaches, we will guide you to the rediscovery of ancient, genuine flavors and scents with respect for nature. We have 3 apartments with kitchen, in a small rural village, surrounded by the typical Gallurese vegetation that will immediately give you the peace and tranquility you expect. We will welcome you by offering you a bed and breakfast service. We hope to introduce you to our hospitality soon.

We offer hospitality in the best way
Our apartment rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, bed linens and towels, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and beach kit (upon request). Daily room cleaning is available upon request.
Italian breakfast or international breakfast upon request.
Standard breakfast menu: biscuits, toast, croissants, tarts, jams, cereals, butter, yogurt, honey, fruit juices, Nutella, coffee, tea, cappuccino, milk, and ginseng.
International breakfast menu (in addition to the standard breakfast): traditional local cured meats, traditional Sardinian cheeses, and fresh bread.

Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, cancellations must be made seven days prior to check-in, prior to the local arrival time (3:00 PM unless otherwise specified). For example, if check-in is on a Friday, cancellation must be made by the Thursday before check-in.
If the guest cancels less than seven days prior to the arrival date, the reservation will not be refunded.

REGULATION
- Smoking is permitted on the outdoor veranda.
- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas.
- Violators will be required to pay administrative fines, as well as special cleaning of all linens and curtains, as well as extraordinary cleaning of the entire room.
- Check-in time must be communicated the day before arrival and must be between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Contact us for different requests.
- The latest check-out time is 10:30 AM. Failure to vacate the accommodation may result in an additional night’s stay being charged.
- Guests are kindly requested to behave in a civil and respectful manner.
- Management reserves the right to remove unwelcome guests without notice in order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
- Any damage to equipment or furnishings will be charged to the room occupant.
- Cash and online payments are accepted.
- The guest is required to pay 50% of the entire booked stay, as per current regulations, even in the event of early departure, cancellation within 3 days of the arrival date, or no-show.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
