We want to be a point of reference for those looking for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and for those who want to discover the most hidden sides of the island, visiting the most pristine beaches, we will guide you to the rediscovery of ancient, genuine flavors and scents with respect for nature. We have 3 apartments with kitchen, in a small rural village, surrounded by the typical Gallurese vegetation that will immediately give you the peace and tranquility you expect. We will welcome you by offering you a bed and breakfast service. We hope to introduce you to our hospitality soon.

The rooms of the B&B are equipped with: independent heating system, TV, private bathroom, bedroom and bathroom linen, washing machine, full kitchen, beach kit (on request ). All the linen is provided and changed every three days. On request you can have the cleaning of the daily room.

For those who stay at least a week, a dinner of Olbia mussels is offered.
For a full refund, cancellations must be made five days before check-in before local arrival time (3:00 p.m. if not specified). For example, if the check-in is on Friday you must cancel by the previous Sunday before check-in time.
If the guest cancels less than 5 days before the day of arrival, the first night is not refundable but the following nights will be refunded at 50 %.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave before the agreed check-out day, untapped nights 24 hours after cancellation will be refunded at 50 %.
- Smoking is allowed on the outside verandah. Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and common areas. The offender is required to pay in addition to the administrative penalties, also the special washing of all the laundry and curtains, as well as the extraordinary cleaning of the whole room.
- Check-in time must be communicated the day before arrival and must be by 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- The maximum check-out time is 10:30. If you do not leave the accommodation, you may be charged for another overnight stay.
- The linen change is every 3 days as the cleaning of the room. Cleaning is done in the morning. In case the room is still busy at the passage of the staff will not perform the regular cleaning.
- The kind guests are asked to behave civilly and respectfully. The management may decide to turn away unwelcome people without warning in order to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests.
- Any damage to equipment or furniture will be charged to the occupant of the room.
- Cash and online payments are accepted.
- The customer is required to pay 40% of all the stay booked as per the current regulations, even in case of early departure, in case of cancellation of the booking in the 3 days before the date of arrival or non-arrival.
- At the time of booking, the payment of the 40% of the stay as a deposit confirmatoria is required. This payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card charge. Any collection fees may be charged to the customer.
